Andrew Firth

Andrew FirthAndrew is a Junior from London, ON.

In 2011, he batted .269, with a home run and 17 RBI.

In 2010, he platooned at first base with Bob Foerster, and occasionally played third base. He started in 35 games, batted .351 (best among returning players), with three home runs, 24 RBI.

Andrew played for the London Badgers, who won the Baseball Canada Midget Championship, and for Team Ontario at the Canada Games. He batted .324 with 41 RBI, 18 walks and 12 stolen bases for the Badgers, and he was their offensive and defensive player of the year. At the Canada Games, he batted .500 with two doubles, a home run, and six RBI. He played volleyball, basketball, and ice hockey for Oakridge Secondary School, and was a Thames Valley Regional Athletic Association all-star in ice hockey.
