Greg is a Senior from Toronto. He was the regular catcher for the Thunderbirds in 2010 and 2011. In 2011, he batted .225 with one home run and 16 RBI. He threw out 17 baserunners attempting to steal.
In 2010, he batted .236, with 17 RBI and a home run. He caught nine baserunners attempting to steal, was charged with only one error and three passed balls, and fielded .996.
He played in 15 games in 2009, started in ten of them. He batted .222, fielded 1.000, and caught three baserunners attempting to steal.
Greg was in the Academic Programme for Gifted Athletes at Northview Heights Secondary School. He was Captain and MVP of the Northview Heights baseball team. He played for the Canadian Junior National Team in 2007 and 2008, and for the Toronto Mets 2006-2008. He batted .387, with two home runs, for the Mets in 2008. He also played for the Ontario Youth Team in 2007, and was MVP in the Canada Cup. He was also named to the Toronto Star’s Annual High School All Star Team.
Greg also played Varsity ice hockey and golf, and was the MVP for the Northview Heights ice hockey team, as well as the Captain.
