Update on August 14: Brooks' start vs. Cuba was delayed by rain. When the game finally got going, the Cubans were hitting him hard. He gave up three runs (two of them earned) in the second inning, and was replaced at the beginning of the third.

Update in August 18: Brooks got a win in his second Olympic start, 4-0 against The Netherlands. He went six innings, and didn't allow a hit until the sixth inning.
